Yoga with my baby
After your baby is born, yoga with your baby is a beautiful way to start gently moving again and enjoy some yoga together.
These classes also allow you to work on pelvic floor and core, release tension from back, neck and shoulders, and enjoy some relaxation. Our classes really help with all those common Mum aches and pains you experience from carrying and feeding your bub in those early days.
