Before you start

Consult with your health professional before commencing any new health, fitness or nutrition program. It is recommended that you be given the all clear by your health professional to resume fitness activity after birth, and we recommend waiting 6 weeks post birth for vaginal delivery and 8 weeks post birth for a caesarean. Instruction given in any Yoga Mums Fitness online studio classes is instructional in nature only and should not override any advice from your health professional. You accept responsibility for adjusting your own yoga practice to ensure your health and wellbeing.

What do I get with my Yoga Mums Fitness membership?

The Yoga Mums Fitness online studio is a subscription service that entitles you to access all areas of the site. We focus on three distinct stages of the Mum journey; pregnancy, post-natal and Mum life. All content is on-demand and is updated weekly so there is always something else for you to try!

What is the difference between the monthly and annual subscriptions?

By signing up to our annual plan, you will save nearly 30% compared to paying month by month! Both plans get exactly the same access to Yoga Mums Fitness online studio.

What happens after I join Yoga Mums Fitness online studio?

As soon as you sign up you’ll receive a welcome email with your log in details, access links and everything you need to know about your account. As soon as you sign up, you can start enjoying all that Yoga Mums Fitness online studio has to offer!

I have a medical condition, pregnancy issues or post-natal medical concerns; can I still join the Yoga Mums Fitness online studio?

If you have any doubt about your ability to participate in our safe and gentle yoga classes, we strongly recommend you see your health professional prior to signing up.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership at any time through the dashboard page of your account. Once you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month and your account will remain active until the end of your payment period. Once expired, you will no longer have access to the Yoga Mums Fitness online studio, however you will continue to have access to our Facebook group!

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password at any time by using the reset password link located on the website.
