Yoga just for me

Mum time! These classes are specifically designed for Mums to:

  • connect with breath, core muscles and movement
  • rebuild strength and stability after having a baby
  • work on posture and reduce the aches and pains from carrying and feeding your little one
  • slow down and calm the mind
  • to give you time to focus on you as a Mum to help recharge both physically and mentally.

These classes are suitable from 6 weeks post-birth or 8 weeks after a Caesarean Section (or when your doctor has given you the all clear to return to gentle exercise).
